Stayed at Homewood Suites for a few nights due to a power outage. Staff was amazing, and the hotel was very quiet. Newly renovated rooms had a calming decor. Loved the two private rooms with private baths. Great transportation service and happy hour included beer and wine. the staff went above and beyond!

Totally recommend this hotel.

It has great position in the Grapevine area.

The room was spacious and functional. The location was favorable, near DFW airport and Grapevine Mills. The breakfast deal was great, especially with French toast sticks, wine, and fresh fruit.

Hotel was clean, and well ran.

The breakfast food was a little cold, but it was tasty other than that.

A very nice way to end my trip. Wonderful hotel with great food and amazing location just next door to AT&T stadium for the Cowboys Thanksgiving Day game, the mall and the DFW area/airport. Good hot breakfast with good choice of food.

Very dated bathroom.

Our rooms were newly remodeled with a full bath, gas fireplace, and TV. The location was great, right by Grapevine Mills mall and all the attractions in the area.

Dead roach in Kitchen. Awkward room layout...a little tight in the bedroom of Queen suite.

The setting was quite great within easy reach of an interactive aquarium.

The location was fantastic, within walking distance to a variety of shops. The room was clean and had 2 queen beds and a sofa bed, which was convenient. The hotel was situated close to a large mall and Grapevine Mills mall.

I have stayed in other Homewood Suites, most notably the one in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and this one near the charming historic town of Grapevine, TX is just as great. Clean, comfortable, quiet, all the amenities, and all at a price you would pay to stay in a dirty one-room motel with bad beds. The cute town of Grapevine is just a short shuttle ride away, and it is NOT to be missed, especially the Opry Music Show at the old theatre. Great mall within walking distance! A winner!

When I first got to my room, I noticed the sliding closet doors were off their tracks, and I couldn't move them. I immediately told the front desk. During my 3 day stay, I told the front desk about them everyday, and they never came to fix them. Also, the shuttle took me to Grapevine, we arranged a pick up time and place, and I stayed in that place 30 minutes---no shuttle. I called the front desk, and they told me they had had a shift change, and no one had left the message with the new driver that I was to be picked up. It was over 100 degrees, and I was not pleased to have been forgotten. I also noticed that the front desk employees did not speak Spanish (my first language is English although I am also fluent in Spanish), and I noticed some struggles with that lack of language sensitivity. Seems to me a bi-lingual staff member on at most times would be a very very good plan.

Very nice place, especially liked the basketball court.

The only thing we didn't like was their maids. they were more interested in their phones than cleaning! (Saw maid standing in hall texting, then when we went into the room some splattered spaghetti sauce on the wall caught our eye. We looked around, and saw that the kitchen wasn't very clean, and that the maid had done a poor job of cleaning.

I had a fantastic stay here, especially the first night, and I'm happy with my choice; the location is great with nearby restaurants, Grapevine Mills, a kitchenette, and it's close to the airport.

everyone was awesome, Prynce and Aubrey were wonderful and professional! made me feel Comfortable during my short stay.

The breakfast was warm and included French toast sticks. The location of the hotel is excellent, only a 5-minute walk from a diverse shopping mall. Everything about my stay was excellent. Homewood Suites will be my first choice again in Grapevine.
